Anniversary - Employees recognised for their company loyalty

At BD|SENSORS, the Christmas party doesn’t start until the employees have received their accolades. This was also the case in 2023, with three employees being thanked and recognised for their many years of work. As in previous years, CEO Rainer Denndörfer was pleased to perform this duty and had many words of praise for his employees.

“I congratulate you all on your anniversary and would like to thank you for your reliability, your commitment and your loyalty to BD|SENSORS,” said R. Denndörfer in his speech. He pointed out that long-term company loyalty isn’t taken for granted, and praised the expertise and dedication with which each of the three employees has contributed to the company’s success on a daily basis.
Andrea Kuhbandner and Monika Wölfel were recognised for their loyalty to the company for 10 years, while Roman Vavrinek has served the company for 20 years. Ms. Kuhbandner is responsible for goods receipts at BD|SENSORS and Ms. Wölfel is responsible for accepting orders and billing in the German-speaking sales department. As an SAP expert, Mr. Vavrinek coordinates technical production preparation. All three employees were rewarded with money and other prizes.

Following on from the Works Assembly meeting, the team in the BD|FORUM company restaurant provided a festive Christmas party with plenty of delicious food and a cheerful atmosphere
